Excellent. Nearly half the book teaches one what to eat a low sodium diet and how to find it in an over-salted world.

Love the Thai Soup and the low sodium pizza so much we have them often. Bought the barbecue book to get ready for this summer. (We live in Arizona.) Also bought the Living Well book and that's a great book. We are going through that book recipe by recipe.
