My mom likes them (Oatmeal Raisin Cookies) crunchy on both sides. :)
They were SOOOOO GOOD!
We had the your beef and bean soup two nights ago. It's the talk of the house!
I just wish we had found your website years ago.
My dad has too many underlying health issues so he isn't eligible for a heart transplant, but with hope . . This new style of eating will help all of us that don't have restrictions ...yet.
Thanks again!!— Laura D.
Hey, man, you're the best. Had to weed through a lot of low sodium cookbooks but found your site and now have your books. I'm only 23 and got heart failure from genes. At least that's what the doctor told me. I'm a brand new civil engineer just getting started and that takes me outdoors a lot and things get physical.
Thanks to your plan and recipes I'm getting better and stronger. Doc thinks you'e some kind of miracle maker. Gave him a copy of your first book and now he's pumping it in his office. Good going. Thanks for all. — Richard St. Johns
Thank you for continuing the newsletter! I (at the age of 72) was diagnosed with acute, chronic CHF, 11-2014. I am scheduled for LVAD 2-2017.
Doctors(Heart Failure Team) amazed that I followed instructions about sodium and water. I kept the fluid off and lost 49 pounds - 172. Yes, that is weight when I graduated from college. I used as many of your hints, recipes and helps as I could.
Pump function has dropped since 2014, and with and with an ejection fraction of about 15-20, another part of my heart has stopped functioning. By God's grace, I hope to live to see all 12 of my grandchildren (ages 2-19) graduate from high school and college. Your newsletter has been an encouragement to me. — Richard G. Main
Thank you for the spice update. I just ran out and was going to look for the recipe over this weekend. Once again you're the best. — Macmillan in Edgewater
