#1 Recipe in No-Salt, Lowest-Sodium Cookbook
The top winner for this first cookbook still remains on the top. The Low Sodium Pizza wins hands down over all siz books.
#1 Recipe in No-Salt, Lowest-Sodium Baking Book
Corn tortillas with loiw sodium abound, but not those made using flour. So, we came up with this recipe for the No-Salt, Lowest-Sodium Cookbook, updated it in 2005 and again this year. It's the most written about recipe in this book.
#1 Recipe in No-Salt, Lowest-Sodium Light Meals Book
Apparently Thai food is on the menu for many Megaheart visitors and book buyers. The most mentioned recipe in our emails for this book has been the Spicy Thai Soup. It happens to also be a favorite around here.
#1 Recipe in No-Salt, Lowest-Sodium International Cookbook
We've had a lot of notes sent to us about the International Cookbook. Many recipes have hit home with their aunthenticity. Recipes like the Greek Lamb, Best Burrito and scones. But the top recipe we are complimented for is the Ciabatta Bun. It really is a Ciabatta bun taste-alike and look-alike. It's also one of our favorites.
#1 Recipe in No-Salt, Lowest-Sodium Living Well Without Salt Cookbook
This sort of surprised us. The top mentioned recipe for Living Well Without Salt has been "Don's Rib Rub." So many accolades that we've often thought about bottling it and making it available via Megaheart. However, that's not going to happen. It's easy to put together and if you double or quadruple the recipe, it will last awhile for your barbecuing to broiling. We make enough to fill a pint sized jar. Keep it capped and it will last.
#1 Recipe in No-Salt, Lowest-Sodium Barbecue Cookbook
Another surprise. Although it's been around awhile, our Soy Sauce Replacement tops the BBQ list as #1 attention-getter, but it tied with our Dutch Oven Roasted Chicken
Most Confusing Recipe For All Six Books.
Or "confessions of an errant chef." Yo Cheese wins for most confusing recipe in that we use it in other recipes and often book users can't find the Yo Cheese Recipe. We apologize. We created Yo Cheese long before Greek Yogurt hit the shelves in your market. Greek Yogurt is really standard yogurt with much of the water removed. So, we removed water from standard yogurt and achieve Yo Cheese. If you're trying to make a recipe with our Yo Cheese recommendation such at the Yo Cheese Mousse in Living Well Without Salt, then substitute the Yo Cheese with any plain Greek Yogurt.
