Don's Teriyaki Sauce
While living in Japan in the fifties, I of course ran into Teriyaki Sauce with many of the meals. Since then I've tried them all, but finally came up with this salt free version. It's not the real thing, but it works and the sodium level is very, very low.

Crockpot Chili Soup
You can make it hotter or cooler, but either way this is a terrific chili soup. No salt, very low soidum.

Sauteed Mushrooms
One of Don's recipes built from the experiences he had traveling the Far East.

Don's Grilled Zucchini
New Recipe: Mushroom soup made easily and quickly. Delicious without salt. High in nutrients, very low in sodium.

Hot Cross Buns
Maureen brought home a few hot cross buns from a trip to San Francisco. She said, "Try a bite, I think you can make these." Well, a bite told me two things. One, I could make them and Two: They were excellent.
