Raspberries and yogurt are tasty and refreshing when mixed together. Make sure to buy a plain Greek yogurt for this. Using a yogurn with raspberries already in it will just up your sugar/carb intake. Sodium level for this is acceptable for an occasional treat like this one.

Makes One 8 to 12-ounce serving

Ingredients Place all ingredients in food processor and blend on high for about a minute or until smooth. Add more crushed ice if you want it colder.
