Grilled Vegetables

Raid your summer garden! Grilled vegetables are the perfect accompaniment to any wild game! For a little kick, add some Hi Mountain Seasonings to your veggies while they are grilling. I also will add fresh rosemary or other herbs to the grill box and close the lid to really let it infuse.

Ingredients


Olive oil
Garlic
Pepper

Instructions


Take advantage of in-season vegetables. Rub with olive oil and season with garlic and pepper.

Place on a medium-hot grill and mark evenly on all sides.

Cook quickly. Overcooked vegetables become soft and mushy. They will continue to cook for a minute or two after removed from the grill.

If desired, top with a drizzle of your favorite vinaigrette.
