Complete Meal Plan
Holiday meals often become traditional fare which can prove difficult to plan if you must cut your sodium or fats or sugars. Sodium and fats are the toughest since most holiday chefs pour on the salt via boiled vegetables, meat seasoning, butter, sauces, etc. To get around that, I developed this Happy Holiday Supper plan that satisfies my "lust" for a great meal on any holiday, and satisfies the taste buds of guests. I excluded a dinner roll, which often requires butter, since the "bread" is here in the form of Yorkshire Pudding which is part of the "Beef Wellington."
