Makes 1 loaf (16 slices)

  • 1 cup warmed filtered water (trace)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (trace)
  • 2 table spoons apple cider vinegar (1.49 mg)
  • ½ orange, diced (1.59 mg)
  • ½ orange peel, grated (Included above)
  • 2¾ cups white whole wheat flour (16.5 mg)
  • 3 tablespoons vital wheat gluten (6.75 mg)
  • ½ teaspoon granulated onion powder (.389 mg)
  • ¼ teaspoon ascorbic acid (trace)
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar* (trace)

  • Place ingredients into bread pan in the order your manual calls for. Bake on medium crust, two pound loaf setting. Remove to rack, let cool for about ten minutes before slicing. Store in zip lock bag or other airtight container. Will freeze for up to a month, if you don't eat it all the first day.
