Directions
Don't trust the pre-wash in the salad mix bag. Wash it again and spin dry it.
Peel the avocado and slice it length wise getting about 4 to 5 slices per quarter.
Stir together the vinegar, oil and sugar and dribble over the mixed greens. Toss the salad. Chill or serve immediately.
*Optional. Also works with fresh mandarin slices, papaya or mango.
