Super Bowl Party Plan
Complete Party Meal Plan
It's that time of year again and we'd all love to sit down with a huge Barbecued Burger, a six pack, some munchies and watch the game. But alas
we must change our ways. So, here's a new one for you, great with flavors, a once in the year calorie buster (play your own game of football afterwards),
and a very, very low dose of sodium compared to "those other guys." Yes, you can add a small burger with the buns shown below. No more than 3 ounces of meat (60 mg sodium)
a slather of ketchup, a slice of tomato and onion and the lettuce of your choice. Add the bun sodium in and you got about a 75 mg of sodium burger. Eat the party trays lightly and you'll not exceed 150 to 170mg of sodium
and still have fun.
