Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups plus 2 tablespoons warmed orange juice with calcium (about 100° F) (3.746 mg)
- 3 tablespoons homemade applesauce, warmed* (.097 mg)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (room temperature) (trace)
- 2 cups unbleached white flour (5 mg)
- 2 cups whole wheat flour (12 mg)
- 3/4 cup 7-grain mix* (7.5 mg)
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed (42.9 mg)
- 2 1/2 teaspoons Fleischmann's Bread Machine yeast (5 mg)

Directions
Place warmed orange juice in
your bread machine. Put
ingredients into machine in order
listed.
Set machine for white
bread, medium crust.
If your machine chooses
bake time by loaf size or weight,
choose 2 pound size or a 3 hr
30 minute cycle.
Serve with
dinner, for sandwiches or as a
crispy toast in the morning,
topped with your favorite jam.
